Yacht Rental FAQ’s

What is included on the charter?

Your Choice of captain and crew.
Floating Water Mat
The yachts have cabins, kitchens, air conditioning and bathrooms onboard.
The yachts have great sound systems and you can play your own music.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring any additional food or beverage items you’d’d like with you the day of your charter. We also offer catering options in the event you would like us to supply food for your charter.

What if there's hazardous weather at the time of my departure?

If your Licensed captain deems weather to be unsafe we happily give you a “Rain Check” you can use to reschedule your Happy day on the water for another day on the same Vessel (if rescheduling far in future rates can change by season, if the same Vessel is out of service we will switch you to a comparable yacht or offer a Free upgrade!)

What if I want to cancel my charter?

You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your charter. Written notice is required (email is acceptable). If you cancel prior to 7 days before your charter departure time, your deposit will be credited to a future charter on the same yacht less a 20% processing and administrative fee. If canceled less than 7 days prior to your departure time, your deposit is nonrefundable. If canceled less than 24hrs from your charter departure time, total charter fee will be due and is nonrefundable regardless of reason.
